Cancellation & Refund Policy

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package with photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed after review and approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by our store.

Personalized Products Policy

Due to the customized nature of personalized products, we do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been approved and produced, unless there is a production defect or mistake from our side.
